Birkenhead Library and Civic Centre Opening and FREE Family Fun Day!
On Saturday 13 March 2010 the Birkenhead Library & Civic Centre will remain closed until 12 noon. His Worship the Mayor of North Shore City, Andrew Williams will officially open the building with a ribbon cutting ceremony at midday.
