Jolt challenge : the self intelligence experience / Mind Warriors
Date: 4 December 2009
I have spent a lifetime reading widely in my search for what makes the world wag and why. Every now and again I come across a book that takes me to a whole new level. Jolt Challenge, I am delighted to say, is one of those.
I am into my second reading of it and have registered to do the course designed by the creators of this extraordinarily intelligent, succinct and often humorous presentation of the accumulated global wisdom that has moved the world forward. This is not your ordinary run of the mill self-help book. It delivers what the authors claim, a “self intelligence experience” - we can control no one but ourselves and we can change no one but ourselves, and therein lies the wisdom of the world.
I am convinced that this book will be a force for positive change in everyone’s life who reads it with an open mind and an open heart. Is there any other way to read?
I most sincerely hope that it will find its way into the homes, schools, colleges, universities, councils, governments, businesses, clubs, institutions, prisons, and in fact anywhere and everywhere in the world where there are people who are sincerely and passionately committed to making themselves better people and therefore making their world a better place. For a world looking for solutions to seemingly inexorable problems, I can think of no better place to start oneself than with this book as a mentor and guide.
As Mahatma Gandhi said “You must be the change you wish to see in the world”.
