Despite having a low magical ability, Jennifer has great organisational skills and so is an ideal person to be running a magical employment agency. Magic seems to be on the decline, the elderly and eccentric contractors for the agency able to do less and less. Then Jennifer is chosen to be a dragonslayer, a job she very much does not want to do as the dragon in question is the very last one in Britain.
