Swoon is right! This is a bit of magical romantic silliness and also the name of the town that the story is set in. Is the very attractive Sinclair (Sin to his admirers) a ghost, a golem or something even more sinister? His very presence seems to cause the otherwise well-behaved locals to give in to their lustful instincts
