PeriodicalsPeriodicals (magazines, serials) are available at all North Shore Libraries. Issues from this collection may be borrowed for 2 weeks and you can reserve copies. Magazines for Children and Young Adults. Reference magazines may be found in other collections within Takapuna Library (e.g. Angela Morton collection). These may not be borrowed at all. Takapuna Library keeps all the back issues of some titles. Check the catalogue to find out which collection they are in. These back issues are useful when the on-line periodical indexes do not supply full text articles. Takapuna Library subscribe to over 350 periodical titles. Suggestions for new titles are welcome in August/September of any year.
